I didn't really realize how bad my old rolling pin was until I tried this J.K. Adams GRP-3 Medium Gourmet Rolling Pin. An amazing difference. It's wide enough, thick enough and heavy enough to make rolling out dough very easy. Yet, it's not too big or heavy to fit in a drawer or move around. The handles are a nicely finished, smooth wood (maple, according to the description) and the pin rolls smoothly on its axis. I've got no complaints about it at all and rate it at an Excellent 5 stars out of 5.
