Customer Review: Super fun and great looking! Well worth getting.

I was a little nervous purchasing this but primarily because of various reviews where they said the slate arrived broken due to poor padding during shipping. I'm not sure if Amazon took note of that, but the slate came in a well padded box and was not able to shift/shake around. So, I had a solid, unbroken slate. :-)
The slate itself is very nice looking and fits in perfectly with our modern decor. The bottom of the slate has a felt pad that goes the entire surface area of the slate which is super great to making sure that whatever you put the slate on does not get scratched.
We use this with the "Prodyne K-4-S Stainless Steel Cheese Knives, Set of 4" also found on Amazon. A great pairing!
